Site Evaluation

This is a very important part of the build process. Our team will come and assess the site and will be able to recommend and advise the best placement of the house and identify any potential issues that may need to be considered.

Once we have a good understanding of the build site, we can start the process of documenting and providing guidance on your budget expectations, type of house you require, the right format to suit your lifestyle and the timeline to complete your new home build.

Architectural Designer

Architectural Designer

Having the relevant information, it is now time to sit down with our architectural designer and begin the exciting process of making your dream home concept come to life. Once the brief is concluded the architectural designer will create a set of plans that will show all elevations, floor plans and how the home will look. All major changes are done at this stage, until you are fully satisfied with your new home design.

Pricing

Now that we have the design process completed, we will confirm the “fixed price contract” to build your new home. This will be done in conjunction with a detailed specification document that includes every aspect of your build. Once completed we will go through every part in detail to ensure everything is disclosed and you are fully aware of the project scope.

Fixed Price Contract

Once you are completely satisfied with the price, we then create a contract that includes the specifications, working drawings, the contract price and a payment schedule.

Building Consent

Building Consent

Once the working drawings are finished, we then lodge all required documentation with council. The council takes a maximum of 20 days to complete a building consent. Once the building consent has been granted, we will begin construction within 2 weeks.

Construction

You will be working with our construction team at every stage of the build. Our Construction Manager will meet with you to ensure you are fully aware of the build schedule and decide how much involvement you will desire through the build process. You will be doing regular onsite inspections and walkthroughs to ensure you are completely happy with all aspects of the progress. If you require any additional changes, the construction team will make sure that any variations are carried out to ensure you get the home you want.
